Ina Krieble, MA NCC LPCC

"Never neglect
an opportunity for
improvement."

~Sir William Jones

My counseling practice includes adults, adolescents and children as well as those on the DD waiver. I am certified in Sand Tray Therapy and in EMDR.

Ina KriebleMy strength is my flexability and my calm demeanor. I use a variety of methods depending on the needs of the client. I may use EMDR when there is trauma issues and/or offer sand tray. I may teach a meditation if stress is an issue.

I have a positive attitude and am able to help others find the positive aspects of their life as well as create a more positive life for themselves. I listen and communicate well and am able to teach my clients to be better communicators.

I believe that as people become more accepting of themselves, they are more capable of finding happiness and contentment in their lives. If counseling is successful, you should feel that you are able to face life's challenges in the future better than you could before and can face life's challenges in the future without my support or intervention.

Rose Oplinger, MA LMHC

Rose OplingerI have a LMHC license. I am qualified to counsel groups and individuals, adults, adolescents, children, and the developmentally delayed.

I believe in accepting others where they are now. I do not believe that any one person has all the answers, and that we can always learn from each other. I feel that each person has their own unique story that works for them. I strive for flexibility in helping each person achieve his/her needs.

My strengths include acceptance and insight from a lifetime of studying others. I determine the modality of the counseling after the initial assessment.
